Not long after the 27th January 2007 we bought our first small plot of mainland on a sim called Montsereau. 

During these sentimental times 6 years ago, our first steps as having a Secondlife, we overlooked our new bare property with no other dream then to create our own content and share it with the rest of this pixel world.It was the PRE-sculpty time, MESH was unthinkable. 

So Marcthur still without a hat and both no shoes, which were cubistic and causes much virtual pain and grown in toe-nails. 

Second Life was much easier these days and ‘down for maintenance’ was a weekly event that made us switch on the TV and be impatiently bored.                

And see what can happen in 6 real lifetime years!

This weekend from Saturday morning 9AM CET till Monday morning 9AM CET we celebrate our 6th anniversary with a HUNT in our M&M Creations Mall.      
Marcthur & 10 invite you to join them during this weekend!

THE HUNT

-- You will hunt for small Card-sized VOUCHERS with their value displayed on the objects looking like credit cards.

-- They are set for sale for 0 *zero* linden dollars each, they are NO COPY & NO MODIFY.

-- If you find a voucher, do NOT FORGET TO TAKE the voucher after the purchase! (We will have your purchase registered, but this is for your own convenience)

-- You may only BUY 1 voucher to give all hunters a chance to find one, only 17 are available over the 48 hours of this Rez-Day-Event.  ((If we have your name twice or more in our transaction history, you will be disqualified and we will replace this voucher for the more sportive hunters.))

**Which means; if you find one with a value of 1000l$, but you are sure you can do better, leave the one for others to find and go for the  vouchers with a higher value.**

-- They are only hidden in the mall and its round side-shops.

-- You can bring anyone you like to hunt together with your friends and inworld family.

-- The hunt will be opened Saturday morning 9AM CET January the 26th and closed Monday morning January the 28th same time.

*** How to use your voucher ***

Rigged Meshes

Big NEWS;

Marcthur started creating Rigged Mesh clothes!!

Mesh can be used for static objects like furniture, landscaping, attachments and all objects which do not deform.

A Mesh can also be dynamic, the mesh moves with the avatar. Dynamic meshes are used to make complete avatars, avatar parts or clothes. The name for these meshes is RIGGED MESH.

A rigged mesh cannot be resized as a normal prim. It is "glued" to the body and will only resize with the appearance sliders.

Our rigged meshes are designed against an average shape (mostly the avatar ‘Ruth’ shape).

If you change the appearance sliders of your shape to extreme values the rigged mesh and its textures will deform to extreme values too.

When wearing another shape the mesh resizes automatically to the new shapes appearance sliders.

The resize process needs time to calculate, so may vary in time depending on your systems capabilities.

But we are still waiting for the implementation of the Deformer. This tool has been developed by an ex-Linden with a team of 3rd party-viewer people. This Deformer will be available for all 3rd party viewers and that's good news! LL has to approve the Deformer, but the big group of people who contributed the money that was needed to develop the program did a great job by doing so. For us as creators there is no need to sell packs with 5, 6 or even more basic sizes. Just 3, (XS, M, XL) will be enough to prevend the textures to distort too much and still having more extreme body sizes just by using the appaearance sliders.

SpringShop

M&M Creations SpringShop is still grounded at our MainMall!!

Lovely spring flowers, spring Alpha textures, birdsnest & eggs (natural and coloured), springtrees with birdsounds, the swingbench with its cute animals (animated! or as BuilderPack), the animals are boxed seperately as Full Perm Prims or Copy & Modify! Vine-Lights in 3 Designs, a cute cosy tent with an animated spring rug to relax and much more!

3D Models

Our WebShop has enlarged its collection with 3D Models. Non Rigged Fashion Meshes for sale as .DAE File.

This means you can rigg these yourself to modify the models to use them the way you like. 

3D Models sold by M&M Creations do not have the usual LOD's that makes them ready-to-upload to Secondlife! 

Mesh for Petites & Tinies

First a huge big THANK YOU for your loyalty and feedback.

We still would love to see our inventory being stuffed with inspiration, images, links for non rigged MESH Objects, YOU need or would like to see in Secondlife.

For all who didn't know;
Most of our MESH-Products can be rescaled to fit the needs of Tinies & Petites.

On this image it is me, 10, as Tiny Mesh Fairy in between our familiar mesh furniture.

If you need to know in advance of a specific Mesh is suitable for Tinies & Petites, i will check it out for you. Send me a message or notecard.
If you already purchased a Mesh Product that has it's limits rescaling it as a whole, you can stretch the smallest part on all sides, uncheck 'edit linked parts' and rescale the Mesh again.
